Description
The El Tomero Syrah showcases a deep red color with ruby tones.
The nose stands out with notes of black fruit, such as blackberries and blueberries, complemented by hints of dried figs and spices, like black pepper.
Upon tasting, one experiences a gentle and smooth entry on the palate, with the reappearance of black fruit notes and hints of milk caramel. This wine offers a long and lingering finish.
This Syrah pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, lamb or pork stews, as well as mature cheeses. It is also an excellent choice for dishes with intense and spicy flavors, such as Mexican or Indian cuisine. Its complexity and persistence make it a versatile and delicious option for a variety of dishes.
Tomero es una línea de vinos varietales de alta calidad elaborados con uvas de Finca Don Antonio, ubicada en Los Árboles, Tunuyán, Valle de Uco, Los viñedos se encuentran a una altitud de entre 1000 y 1100 metros sobre el nivel del mar, resaltando la autenticidad del terroir. Estos viñedos, plantados por Don Antonio Pulenta en 1981, son cultivados y cuidados meticulosamente para garantizar la excelencia de las uvas utilizadas en cada vino. El vino presentado es un Syrah tinto con persistencia media, producido mediante fermentación regular y madurado en barrica durante 12 meses.
