Description
Beautiful coppery pink hue with orange reflections, a result of the co-fermentation of red and white grapes. Bright and medium intensity, with a seductive appearance in the glass.
Expressive and floral nose, with hints of jasmine, roses, and orange blossom, coming from Torrontés and Pink Moscatel. Aromas of fresh fruits like white peach, strawberry, and pomegranate mingle with subtle citrusy and herbaceous notes that bring a refreshing touch to the wine.
Lively and light entrance, with a refreshing acidity that enhances its high-altitude character. Medium-bodied and silky texture, with flavors reminiscent of fresh red fruits, blood orange, and a delicate mineral touch. The finish is clean and persistent, leaving a refreshing and elegant sensation.
🥗 Fresh salads and ceviches: Rocket salad with goat cheese, langoustine ceviche with lime.
🦑 Seafood and light fish dishes: Grilled octopus, Patagonian trout with herbs.
🍗 White meats and spicy dishes: Mild curry chicken, lamb shawarma with yogurt.
