Description
Golden yellow with amber reflections, shining and attractive in the glass.
Intense and expressive nose, with hints of orange peel, apricot, white flowers, and a subtle spicy touch. A mineral and salty background enhances its high-altitude character.
With a fresh and vibrant start, this English version offers a good structure and a smooth texture thanks to its maceration with skins. The marked acidity balances the volume in the mouth, with a prolonged finish where citrus notes emerge, along with a slight bitterness characteristic of the style.
🥗 Fresh salads with fruits and nuts
