On the palate, it is fruity, fresh, and structured, with a long finish. Ideal for pasta, strong cheeses, beef, or lamb. It pairs perfectly with Argentinean strip steak. It stands out from the 2018 vintage with red fruits, vanilla, and a hint of tobacco, medium-bodied with good acidity.
