Goldenrod with Italian golden trim, clean and shiny.
Complex, with toasted and floral notes, hints of honey and butter, and a smokiness reminiscent of volcanic soil. There are also aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, and honeysuckle.
Dry and powerful, with a calculated acidity that brings freshness and tension. Flavors of pineapple, grapefruit, green apple, and pear stand out, with a floral and mineral aftertaste. Its structure is elegant and has a long finish that invites you to keep enjoying it.
Perfect for pairing with a variety of summer dishes, especially lemon chicken, seafood, and fresh salads. Its acidity and freshness pair well with light and citrusy cuisine.
Chardonnay de las Cenizas, primer vino de la finca “Pasaje Nóbrega”, un viejo viñedo de 3 hectáreas plantado hace más de 30 años, en la Consulta (1100 s.n.m), que había sido abandonado. Mediante un manejo orgánico del mismo en proceso de certificación lo han hido recuperando. De las cenizas está elaborado 100% con uva chardonnay de una parcela recuperada de plantas de pie franco que se han adaptado muy bien al suelo aluvional. Añada 2019: 1900 botellas (95 puntos descorchados) Es un vino sincero, sin intervención. Vino en el que se manifiesta toda la expresión del lugar. Es complejo, filoso, textura mineral y con muy buena acidez y final de boca que invita a seguir tomando.
