Description
An attractive ruby red color is revealed, showcasing its unique virtue and challenging the historical depreciation of its hue.
The aroma exudes a captivating expression of red fruits, accentuated by subtle notes of green bell pepper (pyrazine) from the grapes. The six-month aging in fifth and sixth use barrels adds a pleasant touch of oak that enriches the olfactory complexity.
Balanced and medium-bodied, it unfolds on the palate with a surprising complexity. Notes of fruits intertwine in a harmony of flavors, highlighting its fullness and smoothness. The present sweetness is balanced with robustness, offering a pleasant and unique tasting experience.
With its balance of sweetness and robustness, it becomes a versatile companion. We recommend pairing it with dark chocolates, where its lightness resembles that of a young pinot, and its sweetness harmonizes with the intensity of the chocolate. It is also an excellent choice for dishes featuring lean meats and mild cheeses. Its distinctive character makes it ideal for exploring new culinary harmonies.
