Description
This sparkling wine combines opulence, freshness, intensity, and smoothness, being the perfect blend of the elegance of Pinot Noir and the aromatic complexity of Chardonnay. It has a pale yellow color with greenish tones and an intense and long-lasting crown of abundant and delicate bubbles.
On the nose, notes of green apples, citrus fruits, yeast, and coconut stand out.
Its entrance on the palate is gentle, with a foam that doesn't overpower the taste buds. The natural acidity is balanced by the residual sugar content, and the same flavors sensed on the nose are reflected in the mouth.
This sparkling wine is perfect for pairing with seafood dishes, sushi, grilled fish, as well as desserts with fresh fruits. Its balance between richness and freshness makes it versatile and suitable for various occasions, from special celebrations to light and elegant meals.
En la 16ª edición del Concurso Effervescents Du Monde 2018, Bodega Jasmine Monet ganó oro por su Jasmine Monet Pink Rosé Demi Sec y plata por el Monet Black Extra Brut, ambos vinos orgánicos de Mendoza. También se destacaron entre los 10 mejores del mundo. La calidad de los vinos espumosos en Argentina está en aumento, con diversidad en términos de origen, terroir y métodos de elaboración. Estos vinos están compuestos por un 15% de Pinot Noir y un 85% de Chardonnay.
