Description
The wine presents itself with an attractive terracotta red color, adorned with brick undertones, evoking elegance and sophistication.
Its aroma is a delicate dance of red preserves, cherries, and plums, combined with hints of leather. It is enhanced with subtle notes of vanilla and coffee, adding depth and complexity to the aromatic profile.
Upon trying it, it stands out for its initial sweet impact that unfolds into great complexity. Its smooth and silky texture is balanced with mature tannins, culminating in a harmonious and satisfying finish.
Ideal to accompany dishes with grilled or stewed red meats, as well as mature cheeses, enhancing their elegance and balance in every sip.
Este vino captura la esencia pura del Pinot Noir, elaborado con una meticulosa atención al detalle. La fermentación se lleva a cabo con levaduras seleccionadas, alcanzando una temperatura máxima de 25º C durante una semana, culminando su proceso en barricas para añadir complejidad.
Su añejamiento de 12 meses se reparte entre un elegante roble francés (85%) y un toque de roble americano (15%).
Originado de los viñedos "Domingo" en Villa Bastías, situado a 1.120 msnm en Tupungato, y "Adrianna" en el altivo Gualtallary de Tupungato, ubicado a 1.480 msnm, este vino es un verdadero testimonio de la diversidad y calidad del terruño.
