Intense purple-red with ruby reflections. Bright and well concentrated, with well-defined tears in the glass.
Expressive and complex nose, with red and black fruits such as plums, blackberries, and ripe cherries taking center stage. Floral notes of violets can be detected, along with a subtle mineral character that adds freshness. The fermentation with indigenous yeasts accentuates spicy and earthy undertones, giving it depth.
Broad and enveloping entrance, with velvety and well-integrated tannins. The balanced acidity brings liveliness and enhances its fruity profile. Its aging in concrete gives it a silky texture and a persistent minerality. Long and fresh finish.
It pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, braised lamb, and spiced stews. It also complements aged cheeses, pasta with rich sauces, and dishes with mushrooms or truffles, highlighting its mineral and sophisticated character.
