Technical Sheet
Deep ruby red with bright violet reflections. Showing great intensity and concentration, it clearly demonstrates the extreme altitude of its origin.
Expressive and fresh nose, with hints of ripe red fruits like plums and raspberries, accompanied by floral touches of violets. Subtle mineral and herbaceous undertones are also detected, influenced by the high-altitude terroir, along with a slight hint of spice.
Round and expressive entry, with soft and well-integrated tannins. Its balanced structure highlights the fruit, while the acidity gives it liveliness. The finish is short but harmonious, leaving a pleasant sensation in the mouth.
Perfect for pairing with grilled red meats, braised lamb, or Salteñas empanadas. It also pairs well with aged cheeses, pasta with rich sauces, and spiced stews.
